Shipping policy

Because this is a one person operation, I can not guarantee any refunds, exchanges, or replacements. All sales are final, so choose wisely! I can not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the hands of UPS.

That being said, I handle shipping issues on a case by case basis. If I have the capacity to resolve your issue, I certainly will. Please don’t hesitate to contact me regarding any issue with your order.

All the materials I use to ship are biodegradable and/or recyclable (never any plastic). Please dispose of shipping materials accordingly. :)

All shipping is processed through UPS. You will receive a conformation email with your tracking number soon after ordering. I usually ship within 2-3 days, but sometimes it takes me up to one week. If you need something quicker than that, contact me before ordering.

Please note that international orders can not be tracked outside of the United States. Buyer is responsible for tariffs or fees imposed by your country.
